All shipments made through Beauty Online Supply are shipped through UPS. 

**Please note: We cannot deliver to P.O box and APO addresses.
**Currently we only ship within mainland United States.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

We are not responsible for any damages, stolen or losses occurred during the delivery.

We do not accept cash, or checks. Our pricing is based on the SRP (suggested retail price) of the Manufacture. We do not sell items at wholesale price level. 
To continue positive customer experience we plan to have monthly promotions through through our website and social media sites, such as facebook and twitter.

If you are a subscribed member to you will be notified about our sales and giveaway promotions through our 3rd party email service (constant contact). You have the option to opt out of these emails.

Please note: you will only be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.



We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order after it has been confirmed.



The item you ordered was either out of stock due to an inventory error or unforeseen delays by manufacturers. If indeed the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours. If you ordered more than one item, your other item will be shipped and the item that is out of stock will be canceled off your order






Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. Please note all merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. 



Your order will include an invoice.

Securely pack your merchandise and invoice in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Place the pre-printed Return Label on the outside of your package. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).  We will only refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement

When you return your purchase to by mail within 15 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s).

If we receive your item(s) within 16-30 days of purchase date or if they were paid with an online store credit.

Items received more than 30 days after the purchase date may not be returned by mail. is unable to offer exchanges by mail.



If you receive a damaged or defective item from us, please contact and we will help you exchange or return the item.



Merchandise exchanges can be made using any of the return options above. If you want to exchange your item, please contact and we will help you.

We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.

Please note that the Exchange Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the exchange shipping cost.
