Shipping and Delivery
All shipments made through Beauty Online Supply are shipped through UPS.
Once your order is received, please allow up to 2 business days for your items to be shipped. Please allow 2 to 6 business days for you to receive your merchandise.
If there is an error with your shipping address we will make attempts to contact you. If you cannot be reached within 7 business days, we will refund your credit card and we will cancel your order.
**Please note: We cannot deliver to P.O box and APO addresses.

Returns and Replacements
Products are refundable within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition along with the packaging. We only offer the finest quality products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
The buyer incures all shipping costs; you can return or exchange the merchandise. We will credit the purchase price to your credit card account.
Please note: We will only refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
